• To make a reservation please first get in touch by telephone, email or fax.

• Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of one third of the total rent is required and the balance should be paid no later than four weeks prior to arrival plus a refundable good housekeeping deposit of £25.

• Bookings taken within four weeks of arrival must be paid in full immediately.

• Payment can be made either by cash or cheque.

• If the booking is cancelled after the balance is paid no refunds are given.

• The property must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as it was upon arrival. If any extra heavy cleaning is necessary your good housekeeping deposit will not be refunded.

• Any damage to the property or fittings must be reported and should be replaced or will be charged at replacement cost.

• If more than one property is booked for larger groups, crockery, kitchen equipment, furniture, etc, should be returned to its rightful place before your departure. If any furniture is moved during your stay (which we would rather it wasn't) please ensure it is returned to its rightful place before your departure, or even it's rightful cottage in some cases!

• No dogs will be admitted unless previously arranged and permission granted in writing.

Admission time is from 4.00 p.m. All properties must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please telephone one week prior to arrival to arrange key collection.
